It’s not often that I don’t finish a book, but this is one of those times. I tried, I really did. The prologue was promising, but by the end of chapter 1, I was pretty much ready to tear my hair out, or throw the book across the train carrage (I was reading it on the train), I was so annoyed.
Still, I gave it the usual chance: 100 pages to prove itself good. It failed.

I don’t know what it was, I just really couldn’t stand it. Maybe it was the fact that it felt like a bad Twilight rip-off (for the record, I enjoyed Twilight)…maybe it was the fact that Nora was annoying, or that Patch was just plain weird…I dunno, but the frustration of attempting to read it was becoming harzardous to my health, so I thought I better stop.

To summarise: I tried, I failed, I moved on.
