So, the New Doctor has been announced:
I have mixed feelings about this…
On the one hand, I’m sure he’ll be fantastic. They wouldn’t have chosen someone who they didn’t think could do the job, and do it well, but on the other hand…
1) He’s not ginger. I’m sorry, but I was really hoping for a ginger Doctor (that’s not my main problem, though)
2) He’s been in the show before. I don’t mind when they do this with companions…there can be explanations for that. But that doesn’t work for The Doctor. Especially since he’s one of those characters where, if you saw him in another show, you would recognise him.
But, aside from that, I don’t really have a problem with him.
